Empty our Boats 🚤

Explore what happens when you empty your boat, empty your cup, empty your house (or even burn it).

One sign that you are operating from your FULL CUP is when you start defending your point of view, arguing about it and even feeling upset if somebody challenges you. Hear yourself ratioinalizing, justifying, even reinforcing your images.

Another sign is when we feel emotionally or socially hurt. We usually blame the other person or situation or even ourselves for the hurt. But we do not question why in the first place we got hurt?
Chances are neither the other person nor anything else but one or more of our images are the underlying issue. Specially notice how it hurts if that image is poked at. Some people call it EGO.

Small Suggestion:
Add the magical MAYBE to your image or the liberating SOMETIMES. 
"Maybe I am smart"
"Sometimes I am smart" 

Another suggestion - keep a small diary of where you felt hurt by other's comments or actions and use them as light bulbs to enlighten self.
